Event Directors & Commissaire Reports

Before offciating at an event Download :  EVENT DIRECTORS CHECKLIST

After the event submit a Race Directors Report online here:  Submit Race Directors online report

The online system will ask you to download the Directors Report Template and attach it to the online form.

Commissaire Report:  After the event complete your report online: Commissaires Race Report click for online form

The online system will ask you to download the Commissaires Report template and attached it to the online form.

Reports that are sumbitted online will be stored on the clubs data facility, and the president, secretary, treasurer and membership officer will be alerted that this report has been submitted.  After reports have been submitted you will be entitled to submit for your allowances and reimbursements, see below. 

Incident Report: All incidents no matter how minor should be reported.  Download the Auscycling Incident Report form here.   Complete the form and submit/upload with your report above.   Hit here for AusCycling Concussion Pocket Card.

Officials Allowance and Reimbursement
The Race Director, Commissaire and nominated Chief Volunteer for each event on the published calendar (who submit all required reports) can claim an allowance, vehicle mileage and reimbursement of approved costs.  Download Volunteer Support Policy here.

Download and print the forms that are appropriate for the event you are officiating at.  Submit all results and details in the report form via the links above.
