PLEASE RSVP for the SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AND SOCIAL LUNCH THIS SATURDAY
A Special General Meeting is to be held at 1200 midday on SUNDAY, 2 JULY 2023 at the ASCC Clubrooms, Cameron Street, Braitling.
The purpose is to move a Special Resolution to update our Constitution, which amongst other things still refers to Cycling Australia (which no longer exists).
Now this might not sound super exciting, but its important, and shouldn't take too long. And we hope that you (and your family) will come along for the lunch afterwards, and a chance to meet those of our 93 members that you don't see very often.
Due to the inclement weather we will be providing hot soup and toast to have under the heaters indoors!
