Alice Springs Cycling Club

AGM and Awards Night

Saturday October 28. 5.45pm for a 6.00pm start.

WHERE: ASCC Clubrooms, Cameron St, Braitling

WHAT TO BRING: A salad or dessert.  Drinks and BBQ supplied.

All positions (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members) will be declared vacant. 

You can nominate for one or more of these positions at the AGM, or in advance by writing or emailing the Secretary a letter signed by the nominated person and a seconder, and an indication that the nominated person is willing to stand.  Don't be shame to nominate yourself!

Committee members must be at least 18 years of age.  Only people who have been members of the ASCC for at least 10 working days can vote.

The order of business will be:
(a) the consideration of the accounts and reports of the Committee;
(b) the election of new committee members;
(c) any other business

And then its dinner and the annual awards night.
